The present General Terms of Use and Sale govern the use of the Lap Analyzer service, une application web d'analyse automatique des activités sportives Strava.

The service is currently offered for free in beta version. Using the service implies full acceptance of these terms.

• Automatic comments on Strava activities
• Dashboard with basic statistics
• History of the last 30 activities
• Detection of suspicious performances on segments

2.2 Fonctionnalités futures (Premium)

• Unlimited activity history
• AI-based performance predictions
• Personalized coaching
• Advanced analyses and community comparisons

3. Inscription et compte utilisateur

Using the service requires authentication via Strava. The user must:

• Have a valid Strava account
• Authorize access to activity data
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain confidentiality of their credentials

4. Utilisation du service

The service is intended for personal use for sports activity analysis. The user undertakes to use the service in accordance with its intended purpose.

Our liability is limited to direct damages and cannot exceed the amount paid by the user (currently zero in free version).

8. Évolution vers un modèle payant

8.1 Transition vers Premium

We reserve the right to introduce paid features. Current users will be informed at least 30 days in advance.

8.2 Conditions futures de vente

Future Premium subscriptions will include:

• Monthly or annual billing
• Cancellation possible at any time
• Prorated refund in case of early termination
• Maintenance of a free version with limited features

9. Résiliation

The user may stop using the service at any time by revoking Strava authorization. We may suspend access in case of terms violation.

10. Modifications des CGU

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be informed of important changes by email or in-app notification.

11. Droit applicable et juridiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of competent French courts.
